CityScape Roofing Inc. uses asphalt systems to build a strong foundation for your commercial roof. Asphalt roofing systems include standard built-up, hybrid BUR/Modified Bitumen, or pre-manufactured Modified Bitumen membrane systems. SBS Modified Bitumen Roofing Systems typically combine fatigue resistance properties for durability. The membranes are available in white, black, and many other granule surface colors. They are installed by heat welding, mechanical attachment, cold-applied adhesive, or as a self-adhered system.
